Not So Humble Start

The human nearly stuck out his tongue, but thought better of it, before sitting on the large waterbed. "Where do I sleep at night?" He asked.

"On the couch." He said, gesturing to the plush leather couch by the window. "Don't worry about anyone seeing you. You can see out, but no one can see in. If you need something to eat, you'll have to ask one of the servants to get you something. There's no food here."

"Servants? Are you rich?" The baffled human asked in awe.

"... In a way." He said, raising an eyebrow. "They're also very good... Friends of mine." He said, smirking again.

"Oh...um..." he mumbled, not liking the sound of that. He ran his fingers through his hair...to find several white strands. “ Wh....whut?!"

The demon looked at him. "You didn't notice when you turned eighteen? That's part of the deal... Seems your life is a bit shorter than we thought."

"So I'm supposed to shrivel up and die prematurely?" Snowman asked sadly. “ What did he sell me for may I ask?"

The demon snorted. "His own mortality. He was afraid of dying, and decided his life was much more important than yours." He sat down next to him. "If it makes you feel any better, I took care of you until your mother found you."

"You did? Why?" Snowman asked in awe.

"I told you... You were a cute baby. Besides, I don't dislike children." He smiled, brushing Snowman's bangs out of his face. "You weren't corrupted yet."

"Am I corrupt at all?" Snowman asked with a sigh. “ Is there any way out of this?"

The demon almost gave him a sympathetic smile. It ended up looking bitter. "I'm sorry, but there's no escape for you, Snowman. Your soul is mine, no matter what you do."

"Oh...well, are all the rogue demons here for me? If not can I help you stop from hurting anyone else?" Snowman asked nervously.

"They're here for a lot of people... But you especially. It hasn't been dirtied quite yet. It still remains somewhat pure, even after everything you've experienced."

"Can we do something about it? I mean...can we save people?" Snowman asked, biting his lip.

The demon rolled his eyes. "Did you not understand what I just told you? I'm not your savior... meaning I'm NO ONE'S savior. If I tried to save everyone from the demons, even the devil himself would try to cast me out. I don't feel like risking my soul just because you're trying to be pitiful."

Snowman pouted. “Isn't it against the rules to corrupt people?" He asked the demon raising an eyebrow.

"Yes, but they'll be punished in their own ways. I'm not sticking my neck out for any humans... My only duty waste keep your soul in tact." He stood up, going to the window. "Hmm... It's nearly dark. Almost time for dinner." He said, licking his lips, despite the fact that there was no human food in the house.

Snowman looked at him in confusion. “ Where are we going to eat at?" He asked, playing dumb.

"You won't be feasting, but I will." He purred. "You might want to busy yourself elsewhere for a few hours." He warned. "Unless you get off by watching."

Snowman blinked owlishly before sighing. “ I need to find something to eat." He muttered walking off.

Snowman walked around the large house feeling lost and annoyed....before deciding that since no one was there, he may as well go out to get food.

Nobu walked out into the hallway, watching him. A smirk came to his face as he saw a few of his favorite male servants coming his way. "Yuri, Ayumu... Come." He purred, making a gesturing motion with his pointer finger. "It's time for dinner, my lovelies." Ayumu smiled, walking a little faster towards him, but still kept a somewhat casual pace. "Yes, my Lord."

Yuri walked over slowly, not too thrilled with what was coming. Ayumu was too rough and selfish.

Nobu smiled as they walked in. He grabbed Yuri's arm, giving him a kiss. "Don't be afraid... I won't let him hurt you like last time." He promised, cupping his cheek. Ayumu watched, smirking. Even if his master made him wait, he was okay with that. He more excited he was, the better the release would feel. "Now take off your clothes. Slowly."
